Lead Instructor
MC is a NYS Licensed Language Teacher 7-12, 2001, a College Board Certified AP Language & Culture Teacher, has 20+ years of classroom experience, earned a Masters in Administration & Supervision, 2006, named AIAE Italian Educator of the Year, 2011. In 2014, MC started to teach ESL at the Opening Word ESL program in Huntington Station and ultimately became President of Empire State Language INC in the State of New York, 2020. In addition, she has resided in Italy for 1.5 years and has traveled there on nearly fifty trips. MC began her international exploration with four trips to Nicaragua since 1993. Her greatest passion is teaching Italian, her Greatest Calling is teaching ESL.
